Onion Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs. boneless chicken steaks
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 2.5 or 2.8 oz. can fried onion rings

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°.
2. Pepper chicken.
3. Mix butter, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard together.
4. Dredge peppered chicken through mixture.
5. Roll chicken in onion rings & place in greased 9x13” pan.
6. Sprinkle extra onion rings over entire dish.
7. Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
