Green Bean Medley

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Green Beans - trimmed and rinsed
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion - diced
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes - halved
  • 2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Garlic - minced
  • 1 packet Splenda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Boil green beans for 5 minutes, remove and drain
In skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add onion cooking for 7 minutes
Add tomatoes and garlic during the last 2 minutes
Stir in vinegar, splenda and salt
Add green beans and cook until beans are heated through
