Ingredients
- 10 cups water
- 2 cups lentils or green split peas
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 cups cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Start by cooking the lentils and onion OR split peas and onion in the water over low heat for about 30 minutes. Add curry powder and the rice and cook for 30 minutes longer.
