Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic chop
- 3/4 cup sesame paste
- 1 scant cup cinese tea (oo-long)
- 5 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 5 tsp strained chili oil
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 lb thin spaghetti
- 1/2 cup chop scallions
- 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
Preparation
Step 1
In processor, process garlic until minced. Add paste, tea, soy, chili, t tbsp sesame oil, sugar, rd wine vinegar, process until smooth. Make noodles, drain and mix in 1 tbsp ses oil. Place in bowl, add sauce and scallions. Toss and add cuc and toss again.
