Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pint green beans, stem ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest and juice (about 1 lemon)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter in a sauté pan. Add beans. Saute beans for about 5 minutes until tender. Add zest and juice. Toss and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
