Ingredients
- 1-2 # Pork Loin
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 4 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 C Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 t Dried Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven 325F.
Pierce Pork with Fork Several Times, Place Garlic in Holes.
Small Bowl Whisk Vinegar & Thyme.
Pyrex Dish, Place Bay Leaves in Bottom, Place Pork on Leaves, Salt & Pepper.
Pour Mixture over Pork.
Bake 40 Minutes per #, until 160F.
Baste Occassionally.
Allow to Rest Before Carving & Serving.
