Mom's Noodle Pudding (Liz Davidson)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb broad noodles
  • 9 eggs,
  • 2 large sour cream 16 oz each
  • 2 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 1/4 lb butter melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raisings
  • Cornflake 1/2 box
  • 1/4 lb melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Boil noodles, whip 9 eggs with 1/2-3/4 cup sugar. Mix all together.
Topping, crush cornflakes, with brown sugar, 1/4 melted butter.
Bake 350 at least 45 minutes
