Ingredients
- 6 Salmon Steaks (about 8oz each)
- 1/4 Cup orange juice
- 1/4 Cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tbsp snipped parsley
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 Tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 Tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place salmon in single layer in shallow baking dish
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over fish
Refrigerate, turning over 2 or 3 times, for 30 minutes
Heat oven to 550, and/or broil salmon 5 inches from heat, basting with marinade for 6-8 minutes, turn carefully
Broil, basting frequently, until fish flakes with fork, 5-7 minutes
