    Salmon Steaks (about 8oz each)

  • 1/4

    Cup orange juice

  • 1/4

    Cup soy sauce

  • 2

    Tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2

    Tbsp ketchup

  • 2

    Tbsp snipped parsley

  • 1

    Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1

    Clove garlic, crushed

  • 1/2

    Tsp dried oregano leaves

  • 1/2

    Tsp pepper

Directions

Place salmon in single layer in shallow baking dish Mix remaining ingredients; pour over fish Refrigerate, turning over 2 or 3 times, for 30 minutes Heat oven to 550, and/or broil salmon 5 inches from heat, basting with marinade for 6-8 minutes, turn carefully Broil, basting frequently, until fish flakes with fork, 5-7 minutes
