Mini Crab Cakes (Gary Madison)

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning square can
  • (Can has the recipe)
  • 1 can pasturized crab meat in the fish dept
  • 1 tbsp mayo(if grilling add more)
  • 1 tbsp worsheshire sauce
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2-2/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put all togethre and mash with fork. Put in fridge 1 hour or nite before. Can saute or grill. Serve with sauce.
