Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

  • 15 cups of rhubarb diced
  • 5 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1 pkg strawberry jelly powder

Preparation

Step 1

Boil rhubarb and sugar for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add jelly powder and mix thoroughly. Makes 6 jars of jam. Refrigerate.
