Ingredients
- 500 g pork (or chicken) sausages
- 465 g pineapple pieces
- parsely, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large tomatoes
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook sausages, skin and cut into bite size pieces. Set aside.
2. Fry onion and green pepper, add tomatoes and pineapple pieces (not juice) and fry lightly. Add vinegar, pineapple juice, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce and bring to boil.
3. Add meat to sauce and let simmer for 45 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
