Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 3 cups crumbled cornbread
  • 1 1/2 cuaps soft bread crumbs
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 1/2- 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 tbsp sage
  • 3/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 400*
Combine breads
Saute onion and celery in butter
Add to bread
Add broth to moisten
Add seasonings and egg blending well
Bake 20-30 minutes
