Ingredients
- 1 Box cornbread Mix.
- Your favorite Chili
- Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Green Onions
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400
PLace foil baking cups in each of 18 muffin tins
Mix cornbread as directed on pkg.
Spoon 1 Tbsp cornbread into each cup
Top with 3 Tbsp chili
Bake 18 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top
Bake 1-2 more minutes for cheese to melt
Freeze for Later or
Serve warm with a spoon of sour cream and sprinkle onions
