Ingredients
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 T. butter
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse rice one or two times to remove excess starch. Drain
Place drain rice in saucepan and add water, butter, coconut milk and salt.
Place uncovered saucepan on med. heat and bring to a boil-stir often.
Let water boil down a little and then reduce heat. Cover tightly with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
