Ingredients
- 6 large artichokes
- Grated Fontinella cheese (wedge)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh Garlic, pressed
- Oil
- oregano
- 2 1/2 cups Seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Clean artichokes, stuff and simmer covered 1-1 1/2 hours adding water as needed. Sprinkle extra Fontinella on top.
