Ingredients
- 1/2 c pumpkin puree
- 1/2 medium sized banana
- 3/4 c greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed ice
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredient in a blender and puree until smooth, making sure the ice is completely crushed.
