Ingredients
- 2 cups green beans cut up
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 medium tomato cut in half
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 handfulls of broad noodles
- 1 small pepper (yellow or green)
- 1 celery cut in halfs
- 1 tsp red paprika
- 2 tbsp oil
Preparation
Step 1
Add 1 - 2 tsp oil to a soup pot, heat up and then add the. onion and let it saute, then add the. cut up green beans and. let them saute for 2 minutes. Add 1 tsp red paprika stir, then add 1 tbsp flour and stir and then fill the pot 3/4 full of warm water. Add the celery, green pepper, tomato and the 3/4 tsp salt. Watch soup when it boils because it likes to boil over ( do not cover sonp pot until soup has come to a boil ). Then cover partially only. When beans and vegetables are soft add 2 handfulls of dry broad noodles and cook until soft ( 7 minutes) then remove, from he.at. Add 2 tbsp can milk to soup pot and stir and serve.
* In individual soup plate add 2 -3 drops vinegar and stir to give soup a nice flavour.
