Parmesan – Mayonnaise Crusted Cod

  • 4 cod fillets (4 ounces each)
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce



Step 1

Place fillets in an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, onions and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over fillets.

Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
