Ingredients
- 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 tray ice cubes
- 2 pounds pork chops
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring vinegar to boil. Combine all other ingredients in ZIp loc.
2. Pour hot vinegar into Zip loc and mix to dissolve. Let stand about 10 minutes. Then add the ice cubes. Cover and shake until melted. Add Pork and refrigerate 2 hours.
