Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk (minced)
- 1/2 onion (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (ground)
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- chopped parsley
- 1/3 c orange juice
- 1 T teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tsp. flour
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet and 2 T oil cook celery, onion, salt and ginger until tender. In bowl, mix turkey, vegetable mixture, horseradish and 1 T parsley until blended. Shape turkey into medallions and cook in skillet with 1 T oil, until golden brown on both sides. Remove and keep warm.
In small bowl, mix orange juice, teriyaki sauce , flour and 1 T parsley with 1/3 c water until smooth. Stir into skillet. Heat to boiling and boil 1 minute. Pour sauce over turkey medallions.
