Ingredients
- 1 Lb chicken cutlets
- Flour
- 1/4 Cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 Tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 Cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Medium sliced onion
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Tsp salt
- Pepper
- 1 Tsp worchester sauce
- 1 Can tomatoes, diced
- Sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Rub chicken with flour
Heat oil in a pan
Add chicken and garlic-brown
Add wine and remaining ingredients
Cover and simmer gently until tender, about 1 hour
*If juice boils out add more wine and tomato juice
