POTATOES ROMANOFF

  • 8 to 10 large sized potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • Paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2-10 oz cartons sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes in skins till tender. Peel. Shred into large bowl Stir in sour cream, 1 cup shredded cheese, onions, salt and pepper. Turn into buttered casserole dish, sprinkle lightly with paprika and top with remaining cheese. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
