Ingredients
- 2 lg eggs
- 1 c dried Italian style bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
- 4 center cut pork loin chops
- salt & pepper
- 6 Tbs olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk eggs in pie plate. Put breadcrumbs in another. Cheese in a third. Sprinkle chops generously with salt & pepper. Coat chops completely with cheese, patting to adhere. Dip the chops in egg, then coat completely with crumbs, patting to adhere. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chops & cook until golden brown...about 6 minutes per side.
