Lemon Sherbert

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice. Freeze. Put in blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade and freeze again
