Slow Cooker Provencal Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless stewing beef cubed
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 l b sweet potatoes peeled cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 can no salt diced tomatoes undrained
  • 1 zucchini cut into 1 inch thick slices
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Kraft calorie wise sundried tomato and oregano dressing
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1

Toss meat with flour in slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients except basil. Stir

Cover with lid and cook on low 6 - 8 hours or on high 4 - 6 hours.

Stir in basil just before serving
