Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked orzo pasta
- 3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley, or 2 tsp. dried
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook orzo according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, saute garlic in butter over medium heat until tender and fragrant. Add the orzo, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through
