Ingredients
- 1 package mini phyllo shells
- 3 T graham cracker crumbs
- 1 T melted butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 T honey
- 4 oz ff cream cheese
- 45 fresh raspberries
Preparation
Step 1
Bake shells 350 for 5 mins or till crisp. Cool on wire rack.
Combine crumbs, butter and sugar. Spoon 1/2 tsp into shell. Combine honey and cheese and beat till smooth. Spoon 1 tsp into shell. Top each shell with 3 raspberries. Sprinkle w/remaining 1 T crumb mixture
