Ingredients
- 5 cups bread cubes(dry)
- 1 cup finely diced celery
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 lb maple leaf sausage meat
Preparation
Step 1
mix everything together except sausage meat and leave overnight.when ready to stuff turkey brown sausage meat and then drain off any grease.mix sausage meat with the bread.lightly stuff into turkey
yeild: stuffing for a 6-8 lb bird(i usually double this)
