Pizza w/ Gorgonzola, Walnut Pesto & Pears

  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped thyme
  • Boboli pizza crust
  • 5 oz sliced havarti cheese
  • 3 oz prosciutto
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450. Toast nuts, then put in food processor w/ oil, honey and thyme, season with salt and pepper, and pulse until mixed. Put Boboli on baking stone, spread pesto over, top w/ havarti, bake until bubbly, 12 min. Top with prosciutto, pears and gorgonzola....
