Bay Scallops & Shells

1/4 C. low fat cottage cheese
1 TBS. lemon juice
1 TBS. fresh dill
2 C. scallops, steamed
1 C. celery, chopped
1/4 C. green onions, chopped
1 TBS. italian dressing
6 ozs. large pasta shells, cooked

Ingredients

  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese with lemon juice and dill until smooth.
  • Pour cheese mixture into a bowl; add scallops, celery and onion and mix.
  • In a seperate bowl, mix drained pasta with Italian dressing. Spoon salad mixture into shells.
