Ingredients
- 1 lb. cod, frozen
- 2 tbs. salt
- 4 tbs. white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Place cod, salt & 2 tbs. vinegar in pan. Cover with water. Bring to boil, cook 10 minutes. Drain & re-cover with water & 2 more tbs. white vinegar. Bring to a boil; lower heat & cook 10 minutes. Drain & serve with melted butter.
