Ingredients
- 1 stick butter (NOT margarine)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 5 slices white bread cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple well. Cream together softened butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Fold in drained pineapple and cubed bread. Turn into buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake at 350 degree F uncovered for 45 minutes.
