Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 box (8 1/2 oz) corn muffin mix
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at 400. Whisk cream cheese & milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake 34-36 minutes until golden brown
