Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (bone-in 1" thick)
- 1/2 c. apricot preserves
- 1 T. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt & fresh ground pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in large pan over medium- high heat. Season chops w/salt & pepper. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes per side. Add preserves & vinegar to pan, turning chops once to coat.
