Ingredients
- 8 oz. canadian bacon, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- olive oil
- 3/4 c. beer
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
Preparation
Step 1
Cook canadian bacon and onion in olive oil. Add beer and water, and sauerkraut. Simmer 20 minutes.
