These are grill hot ande fast with a sweet whiskey marinade that gives them a lot of flavor and nice crispy glaze when grilled.

Ingredients
- 4-8 oz. salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup whiskey
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Place fish in shallow dish and pour marinade over fish. Refrigerate 1 hour or more. Oil grate and cook 5 minutes on each side.
Serve immediately.
