Ingredients
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
- 6 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in olive oil; drain and crumble. Add onion, vinegar, water, brown sugar and celery seeds to the drippings. Toss with shredded cabbage and bacon.
