Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate pork for a minimum of 3-4 hours or as long as overnight. Cook on grill for about 20 minutes or until your meat thermometer reaches 130. Let pork sit covered for 10 minutes before slicing.
