Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 4 tbsp cold butter, divided
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tsp minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Cook orzo according to package/ Meanwhile in a food processor, combine cheese, 3 tbsp butter, garlic and salt; cover and blend til smooth. In large saucepan saute mushrooms in remaining butter until tender. Drain orzo and add to mushrooms. Stir in cheese mixture until melted.
