Sausage Bread

  • 2 loaves frozen bread
  • 2 lbs. hot sausage
  • 6 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1


Let bread rise until double. Brown sausage and drain; set aside. Divide dough into 2 balls. Roll out each.
Mix sausage, eggs, cheese & parsley. Spread on rolled out dough & roll up dough into a pinwheel. Bake whole at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
When ready to serve, slice like bread & butter one side. Brown and then turn over and brown the other side. Serve with jelly.
