Spicy Honey-Brushed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 8-10 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat broiler. Combine spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle both sides of thighs with spice mixture. Place chicken on foil-lined cookie sheet. Broil chicken 5 minutes per side. In a small bowl, combine honey & vinegar. Remove chicken from oven & brush top with honey mixture. Broil 2 minutes. Remove chicken from oven & turn over. Brush with remaining honey mixture. Broil 2 minutes or until chicken is done.
