Ingredients
- 1 9 oz. package or frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 c. frozen broccoli florets
- 1 can Italian style diced tomatoes (drained)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (cubed)
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 minutes of pasta cooking time. Meanwhile, cook tomatoes in skillet for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and seasoning. Cook until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Drain pasta mixture and add to tomato mixture in skillet. Mix and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
