Delicious Corn Pudding

This recipe is delicious and a tasty corn pudding recipe. Perfect for the fall and the holidays or anytime you have some fresh corn. Cut in half for a smaller dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c evaporated milk
- 2 c canned cream-style corn
- 2 c corn
- 2 tbs unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbs dark brown sugar
- 3 tbs cornstarch, mixed with 2 tbs bourbon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Butter 8 inch square baking dish.
Whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into baking dish. Bake 45 to 48 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
