Garlic-Chive Sauce

This sauce goes with mini crab cakes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light sour cream, 1 garlic clove minced, 1 tbs chopped fresh chives, 1 1/2 tbs fresh lemon juice, 3/4 tsp lemon zest, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
