Scalloped Ham and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. frozen shredded potatoes
  • 1/2 lb. diced *Drier's* ham
  • 1 C. frozen chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb. N.Y.Cheddar cheese crumbled
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C. heavy cream
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 In a 2 1/2 to 3 qt casserole dish,layer half of the potatoes,half of the ham,half of the onion, and half of the cheese. Spread 1 can of soup evenly over layer. Repeat layers once more. Top with remaining can of soup
3 Pour cream over layers, tipping the cassserole back and forth to allow cream to soak in. Spsrinkle with Parmesan cheese.
4 Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until heated through.
