Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 Tblsp. flour
- 2 tblsp. milk
- 1/2 lb. bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup crushed french fried onions
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese cubed
- splash of pickle juice (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl comine egg, ground beef, flour, milk, bacon crumbles, and french fried onions.
Mix well
Shape meat mixture into a ball shape
Stuff a cube of cheese into meatball and cover with remaining meat mixture
Place meatballs into a foiled lined baking pan or cookie sheet
bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through
