Raspberry Mojito Punch

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lightly packet fresh mint leaves
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 12 ounce can frozen raspberry juice blend concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, chilled
  • 3 cups club soda, chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Key lime slices or lime slices

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and mint. Using the back of a wooden spoon, lightly mash the mint by pressing it against the side of the bowl. Add the cold water, raspberry juice blend, and lime juice, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Stir in club soda and ice cubes. Add raspberries and lime slices.
