Cranberry Honey Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt

Preparation

In a small bowl, beat all ingredients until blended. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
