Ingredients
- 1/2-3/4 c cornmeal
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c buttermilk
- Oil for frying, I used peanut oil
- Fresh okra sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the cornmeal and flour together. Dip the okra in the buttermilk and then in the breading. Drop in hot oil and fry until golden
